Methodology
How public records are documented
The homepage table summarizes public-page claims so visitors can understand what is visible online without treating the records as recommendations.
Fields collected
- Product or listing name.
- Company or source-page name.
- Location claim or supplier region.
- Public price claims shown on the page.
- Public page status claims.
- Research-use, non-human-use, or other use warnings displayed on the page.
- Public-page link for documentation.
Price conversion
Non-USD public price claims may be converted to approximate USD values for documentation. Currency conversions are not a guarantee of current totals, taxes, fees, or legal status.
Inclusion rules
A record can be included when there is a public page with enough information to summarize. Inclusion does not mean the product is recommended, verified, approved, legal for public use, or appropriate for personal use.
Update process
Records should be refreshed when public pages change, new correction submissions arrive, official status sources change, or public claims become stale.
